All you need to bring is a water bottle, sweat towel and grip socks. ONE RFRM Pilates grip socks can be purchased in studio if you don't have any!
All packs (except for single sessions) are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
All memberships will have the ability to book into classes 4 weeks in advance. If classes are not used that week, they will carry over into the next week for use.
ONE RFRM is fitted out with state-of-the-art facilities making it easier for you to get ready post class! we have 2 showers, 2 toilets and a beauty bar.
Yes, please ensure you bring a towel to use after your shower as we don't provide one.
No, we currently do not offer on demand classes. If this is something you would like, please express your interest by sending us an email.
Our Reformer classes are scheduled to run for 50 minutes.
Parking is available around the studio on Elizabeth Place, Old Cleveland Road, Stoneham St. Please ensure you pay attention to the time limits during certain times of the day.
