Not confident in a group class setting? or would like some 1 on 1 focus and attention to really challenge yourself? Our certified instructors are available to take you through a challenging, well thought out lesson to ensure you're performing the exercises to the best of your ability. You'll get to experience some exercises that you wouldn't see in a group session due to the complexity of them.
A 1:1 session will run for a total of 50 minutes. To arrange a time and to allocate an appropriate instructor, please express your interest by emailing us at info@onerfrm.com.au.
Are you and a friend looking to be challenged together? well, we offer 2 on 1 sessions to really focus on you and help you achieve some personal goals on your Pilates fitness journey. Payment can be divided equally, or one person can make the whole payment. *Both attendees must be an active client of ONERFRM to attend the session.
